Online Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before making a booking

Booking
On completion of your booking, the system will automatically send an e-mail confirmation.  This must be shown on arrival. Should a confirmation email not be received, please contact Little Centurions to check your booking.

Payment
For all bookings full payment is required online by Debit or Credit Card at the time of booking.  (Please note that American Express is not accepted.)

Please note that any cancellations where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided will not be refunded, however we will try our best to reschedule your session.

On Arrival
All guests that have booked on-line must check in at reception during the allocated slot.
Customers without a validated proof of purchase may be asked to leave to the venue by the venue Staff.

Cancellation
Cancellations should be made by telephone to Little Centurions. Wherever possible we will try to reschedule your visit to a future date, NO SHOWS however are fully chargeable. 

 

Refunds

All tickets and vouchers whether bought online or on-site are non-refundable.

All party deposits are non-refundable with the final amount payable on the day of the party.

General Terms

​Only food purchased on these premises is to be consumed, although we will make an exception for baby food and milk.

All children remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult whilst at Little Centurions.

Socks must be worn at all times, long sleeved t-shirts and leggings or trousers are also recommended.

No shoes are permitted in the soft play area, please store shoes neatly underneath your table.

When using slides, children must keep their arms tucked in, face the correct direction, and slide one person at a time, there are signs in place by the slides with further information.

Children are not permitted to take food or drink into the soft play frame, all food and drink must be consumed in the designated seating area.

All children should be encouraged to use the toilet before entering the soft play frame

For the safety of all children using the soft play frame, we will not tolerate any destructive or disruptive behaviour. Staff reserve the right to remove anyone behaving in an unacceptable manner, bullying for example will not be tolerated.

Any children who feel unwell should not use the facility. Any serious medical conditions must be reported to a member of staff upon arrival.

Photos & Video.

The Company recognises the use of hand held devices and gives permission for photographic and recording equipment such as videos, camera and mobile phones to be used. The Company requires that such use is restricted to photographs or recording of only the Customer or people in that Customer’s party.

Photographic and recording equipment such as videos, cameras and mobile phones are forbidden to be used under any circumstances in the toilet areas. The Company reserves the right to refuse permission or to withdraw permission of anyone using any photographic or recording equipment should the Company’s Management feel that the safety and well-being of its Customers has been or would be comprised. Anyone found to be taking photographs or using recording equipment which is considered by the Company to be intrusive or inappropriate will be asked to leave the premises and may be reported to the Police.

Members are bound by the Terms and Conditions of Membership, Rules and Regulations that Little Centurions sees fit to impose in connection with the use of its facilities.

• Members should be aware that facilities may occasionally be unavailable, due to pre-booked sessions, outside the normal timetable.

• The Management reserves the right to vary the opening times and withdraw facilities to complete essential maintenance.

• Membership is not transferable and subscription fees are non-refundable.

• Membership can be obtained for a single household, or from a child minder with multiple children.

• Children remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult when attending the facility.

• Members are welcome to bring guests to the facility but the appropriate admission fee must be paid.

• Only food purchased on the premises is to be consumed, although we will make exception for baby food and milk, and severe food allergies.

• The Management of Little Centurions cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to personal property.

• The facility and its staff cannot accept liability for any injuries incurred due to the members’ or their visitors’ own carelessness or misuse of equipment or facilities.

• Little Centurions reserves the right to terminate membership in the event of breach of any of the Rules and Regulations or Terms and Conditions of Membership.

• Membership prices will be reviewed annually and we reserve the right to amend pricing during the year. We will always provide no less and one months’ notice for any changes in membership prices.

• Membership prices include VAT at the prevailing rate and may vary if the rate of VAT changes.

• Members are required to have vacated the soft play hall within 5 minutes of the end of the session to enable the equipment to be cleaned.
